As part of a surprise 50th anniversary party for my grandparents this coming weekend, I’m taking a number of old photos of theirs and restoring / digitizing them. Most of them are pretty worn and damaged, so I’m going through, correcting the problems, and cleaning things up. I have a few hundred pictures to scan and edit before the week is up, so I’m trying my best to manage my time with each. Above is a great one I found of my great-great-grandparents from early 19th century. Love the clothing and rigid formality of pictures from back then.
